La halle du haut Anjou à Château-Gontier est un bâtiment bien connu des habitants. Situé près des bords de la Mayenne cet édifice à l'architecture très particulière (charpente en bois lamellé collé) accueil toutes sortes de manifestations (concours - expositions - célébrations). J'ai tenté de faire sortir de ce bâtiment quelques images esthétiques pour les publier sur le blog, sans être très satisfait du résultat.
L'architecte de ce bâtiment est M. Yves MOIGNET (1920 - 2007) .
The upper hall at Chateau-Gontier Anjou is a building well known to people. Located near the banks of the river Mayenne this building to the very special architecture (structural Glulam) home all kinds of events (event - exhibitions - celebrations). I tried to get out of this building a few aesthetic images for publication on the blog, without being very satisfied with the result.

I love the sweeping arches, very evocative of cathedral architecture but closer to the source of their lines, boats and ships.
